Lucky Cottage is a deceptively large cottage in the pretty village of St. Dogmeals which is on the banks of the river Tivy 1 mile from the market town of Cardigan and 1 mile from the beautiful beach of Poppit Sands. This has blue flag status and is in the Pembrokeshire National Park, and also at the beginning of the Pembrokeshire costal path.

The cottage which sleeps 6 has parking for 2 cars. It has a fenced garden with a patio, sun-lounges, table and chairs and a small barbeque. It has full central heating and a coal effect gas fire in the separate dining room and a wood burning stove in the large sitting room and also television and video. The kitchen has a full sized electric cooker, microwave, radio and breakfast table. It is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pans etc ( tea towels and table cloths). An adjoining room contains a fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board and dyson.

The cottage has four bedrooms, two single on the ground floor and a twin bedroom and a double upstairs. A tiled bathroom contains a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. It also has a separate washbasin and toilet in an adjoining room. All bedding and some towels are provided (beach towels are not). A cot and high chair are also available.

The cottage is in a quiet location with the garden next to the water wheel of the water mill. The village has a shop and three public houses serving food and a restaurant. Cardigan has many shops etc and also a 24hr Tesco. There are many walks with birds and flowers a speciality.

Well-behaved dogs are welcomed (a charge of £10 will be added) and all heating is included (some logs will be provided more may be bought if needed)
